Before you start
- You do not need an account to browse public listings. A location page can exist before any matching property is listed.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Explore for a guided search. Choose the transaction, property type and state, then a city or area and bedroom count where applicable.
- Select Find properties to open the corresponding browse page.
- Use its bedroom and feature links to adjust the search. One-to-five bedroom pages use exact counts; six-plus means at least six.
- Use Refine your search for price, currency, area and sorting. A price range without a selected currency uses NGN.
- Apply the filters. If the minimum exceeds the maximum, correct the inline error before expecting results.
- Use the main Property search screen for its list and map experience. Open the actual property page to confirm the advertised price period, address and availability.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Price and location need context
A nightly short-let rate is not an annual rent. Price filtering uses the advertised amount; confirm the period and additional charges on each property before comparing it with another.
Browse pages use structured geography. A broad keyword search can also match a title, address or reference, so it may be broader than a state or locality filter.
Troubleshooting
- No properties are listed
- Remove a restrictive filter or try another location. The page does not create inventory or imply a market price when there are no results.
